Igor is a whiz kid! He came to assess and diagnose a problem. Instead he fixed it. Our downdraft vent hasn’t worked for years. Other repair companies refused to work on the brand and one made the vent worse. Igor diagnosed the problem as soon as he took it apart and now it’s up and running! We are very happy. He’s straight forward and the company was super responsive. Happy customers!

Update - He’s now worked on my dad’s house and aunt’s house. Very happy with the results!

We contacted Major Appliance Repair after another company failed to diagnose and fix our range issues. That company actually made the problem worse!I'm very happy with the the work performed by Major Appliance Repair. The burner that was just sparking now lights up and the burner with uneven flames is now even.The cost was reasonable and the work performed quickly. It's been several weeks and the range is working great.

The visit

Our technician will arrive in a vehicle stocked with common replacement parts. Our goal is to fix the problem in just one visit. After the repair, we will issue a warranty, which depends on the type of repair provided and is matched to the market (as the prices are).

Our Rates

Our initial appliance repair service call charge is $80. Once we’ve diagnosed what’s causing the problem, we’ll provide you with a full service quote. If you decide to accept it, your service call charge will be applied toward the cost of the repair.
